season and ran very well again here |

trained by John Balding of this years Carnival Turn On The Style
wins the 1st leg of the sprint and he did it well after haqving
problems getting him into the stalls |
Paul Mulrennan returns
on his first ride in the Carnival and what a ride as he won
well from an interseting runner Admiralofthefleet who had run
over much longer distances than this |

| Godolphin double
up with Jalil winning well a handicap over 1700m and it was
good to see the horse which cost a lot of money showing some
good form for trainer Saeed bin Suroor |
Kerrin McEvoy up
on Jalil and he gave the Storm Cat colt a great ride to record
his second winner of the Carnival, Kerrin arrived later this
season due to him getting married |

at this track Oracle West does the business again for the fourth
time for his trainer Mike De Kock winning well from Sushisan,
Eddie Jock and Traffic Guard |
John Murtagh with
his latest winner his ninth of the Carnival Oracle West, they
were always in the front rank and went for home in the straight
to hold Sushisan with ease |

| A treble for Saeed
bin Suroor with the favourite Third Set winning well and he
had to be a good thing after Lucky Find's win last night, Third
Set was 2nd to him last time out |
Frankie Dettori
with a double both of course for Saeed bin Suroor but this time
in the colours of Sultan Ali, King Jock was second and a good
run from Robbie Osborne's horse |

| Cocoa Beach gets
her revenge on Fiesta Lady by pasiing her 200m out to go on
and win the Listed UAE 1,000 Guineas and surely she will now
be aimed at the UAE Oaks in March |
So four winners
for Saeed bin Suroor tonight and Ted Durcan was in the saddle
on Cocoa Beach, when they were second to Fiesta Lady it was
over a furlong less so further suited |
