Race Highlights Nad Al Sheba 15th November 2007

RACE 1
The first race falls to Markoom on his first start at Nad Al Sheba, he is trained by Gillian Duffield as was Sharakka having just her second after a win at Abu Dhabi last season Rory Cleary returns back on Markoom who held off his stablemate Sharakka well and even could afford a jump near the line over some footprints which did not cost him at all

RACE 2
Sahara Sphinx comes home alone winning by 7 lengths from his stablemate Liwa, both are trained by Musabah Al Muhairi who trained the 1-2 finish in the maiden a week ago here David Smith ccomes back on Sahara Sphinx who won this maiden very well indeed and this in his first race at Nad Al Sheba, he ran at Jebel Ali when a good fifth last season

RACE 3
A real tight finish after a bit of drama with Fueguino losing his jockey just after the start but all is well, Marriaj heads Want and that is they way it stayed all the way to the line Royston Ffrench after a hard ride to keep Marriaj in front from Want ridden by Ahmad Ajetebi, the winner is trained by Ali Rashid Al Raihe his first winner of the season

RACE 4
Otranto wins well for a good double for trainer Ali Rashid Al Raihe and Jockey Royston Ffrench who also had a 1-2 with Melodic Score chasing home in second place Unfortunately missed the incoming of the winner but it was Otranto's third career win, a good turn of form for Ali Rashid Al Raihe whose horses ranvery ordinary last week

RACE 5
Rosberg runs away from his field to land the feature race of the night sponsored by DUBAL who sponsored the whole meeeting, Erwan Charpy got off the mark with this winner who looks to go onto better things after that win Tadhg O'Shea with Rosberg a horse he won on in January at the Jebel Ali track, and the easy way he travelled tonight to runaway from his opponents suggests that there is much more to come from him in the future

A good finish to the sprint with the yellow cap of Celtic Mill holding on for the win and that was a double on the night for trainer Musabah Al Muhairi taking his total to three winners A good night for Royston Ffrench landing a fine treble with the last leg on Celtic Mll a spare ride for him, Cavalarra was a close second with Malayeen right there in third
