| The
brilliant Jet Express destroys his challengers out of sight
in the Jebel Ali Mile Prep and he has to wait just two weeks
until the main event the Jebel Ali Mile which seems his for
the taking, Ali Rashid Al Raihe trains this winner of his three
starts this season and he maintains his lead in the Trainers'
Championship. Royston Ffrench keeps his great strike rate up
and cements himself at the top of the Jockeys' Championship,
this win was his most impressive this season and Jet Express
seems to be getting better with age |

| A
wonderful race with a blanket finish to the Jebel Ali Stakes
a Listed event won by Mashaahed trained by Erwan Charpy who
has near enough made this race his own with three wins in the
last four years, Richard Hills had his first winner of the season
with a confident ride on the winner. But he had to ride him
all the way with Meeriss who ran a cracking race from stall
16 challenging on the far side and Noisy Silence the lowest
rated horse in the race running a massive race to just get beaten
a half a length and a head |

surprising or should I say unexpected easy winner here with
Celtic King a winner at Sharjah six days ago coming home clear
of Canwinn and Step In Line, trained by Musabah Al Muhairi he
has been running terrific this season and this was another winner
for Royston Ffrench who landed a double on this outside ride |

|
| Treble
time for Royston Ffrench as he gained first run on the smart
Montpellier to deny a run from the back of the field by Silaah
a horse formerly trained by Dandy Nicholls and part owned by
him, Adrian Nicholls was in the saddle, however the Ali Rashid
Al Raihe trained winner was too strong and a double for the
leading trainer |

|
| So
close to a four timer for Royston Ffrench on Impenetrable, but
Belpasso in the centre held on to give trainer Musabah Al Muhairi
a double with Wayne Smith giving the winner a stong ride. Belpasso
was running off a mark just 1lb higher than when he won last
season over course and distance. A good close race ended the
day which saw some very good racing especially the Jebel Ali
Stakes |
