Japan came good here with a winner and a third with the favourite Admire Moon winning well although Yutaka Take nearly took it too easy easing down near the finish and Kevin Shea aboard Linngari spotted that and nearly got there, but half a length was the distance and Japan can celebrate a fantastic horse who has now won eight races but this was his best win and easiest. Daiwa Major finished third but Linngari ran a big race as always. The trainer of Admire Moon Hiroyoshi Matsuda prepared this winner well. |
